This Refund Policy explains our rules regarding refunds for purchases made through Rafeeq Creative.
1. Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Refunds cannot be provided due to:
- Change of mind
- Download issues on your device
- Compatibility problems
- Incorrect purchase
We will help resolve access or download issues.
2. Custom Design Services
Refunds may be approved only if:
- Work has not started, or
- Less than 25% of the project is completed
After drafts are delivered, refunds are not available.
3. Duplicate Payments
Duplicate charges will be refunded after verification.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
